If you have tight shoulders, neck pain, shoulder pain, or just a lot of stress in your upper body, learning how to row is a crucial exercise that can help improve those things.

If you missed my last video about head position in relation to shoulder position, I urge you to watch that first so you’ll understand the importance of your posture on shoulder pain. Posture is the key to this!

Take a look and, most importantly, pay attention to how this FEELS. It may be difficult at first, but the more engaged you are with this, the better your results will be.
