Overhead Towel Squat – 10 reps
Towel Pullaparts – 10 reps
Glute March w/Towel Pullover – 5 reps ea leg
Hip Extensions w/Towel Iso Hold – 10 reps
Split Squat Curl Hold – 5 reps ea leg
Towel Deadlift Hold – 5 breaths
Do 3-4 Sets
