This is a 4-week online-based course that will teach you the things that are really important about nutrition and weight loss.

By that, I mean things that aren’t necessarily about WHAT you eat.

After all, you know that an apple is healthier than a Snickers Bar. Right? If you know that, I’ll bet you already have a pretty good idea about nutrition, because what you should eat is actually pretty simple for the most part! (You might not believe it, but it’s true.)

As I said before, if you find yourself saying, “I know what to do, I just have trouble doing it” then this course is for you!

Let me tell you a little more. This is an online course that will cover a different topic each week. Over the span of the 4 weeks we’ll cover what we feel are the most important issues that people face with their nutrition. Each day you will read a 5-10 minute lesson and perform a simple habit that will help you better understand and improve your nutrition.

The habits will build on each other and form a solid foundation for you to be able to build a good nutrition plan for a lifetime!

The best part is that you won’t be alone through this. You will have your own coach with you to help with any issues or questions you may have throughout the course. We want this to be the foundation of your nutritional plan going forward and your coach will be there to help you build your nutritional wall brick-by-brick!

As a part of the course you will have access to our private Facebook group, which will feature motivational and factual posts, articles and will also be a place where you can share and receive support from the other members as well as all of the coaches.

Creating Healthy LivesLastly we’ll host two group meetings, (September 21st and October 26th) one before and one after the course, to meet each other, answer questions and develop the support network that will help you going forward, both during and after the 4 weeks.

In case you couldn’t tell, everything about this course is designed to help you with your nutrition for the rest of your life!

Now, here’s the bad part. This course isn’t for you if you don’t really want to work at this. It might not be easy. Some of the things you’ll be asked to do might take you out of your comfort zone a little. We know that’s where the real magic of change happens, but it might be challenging. Of course, it should be challenging, right?

Here are the details.

The 4-week Creating Healthy Lives Nutrition Program course is only $89 and:

  •  It will start on Monday, September 24th
  •  We’ll host our kick-off meeting on Friday, September 21st at 7:00pm. (The meeting isn’t required but is highly recommended.)
  • Our close-out meeting will take place on Friday, October 26th at 7pm.
  • The meetings will take place at D’s Fitness at 4797 Heyer Ave. in Castro Valley
